What is your grant request amount?

Each committee may apply for a total of $4,000 in 2023 through one or more project applications.

What is your total project cost?

If the total project cost is more than the grant request, please explain where additional funds are coming from, and whether they are already secured.

Describe what measurable outcomes will be used to evaluate the success of your project.

Examples might include number of volunteers or attendees engaged, square feet of invasive plants removed, number of trees planted, materials distributed, etc.
