Please describe your area of focus, including the streets or landmarks that form the borders and the waterway you're focused on.

Groups should include at least two members and may include individuals, families, non-profit organizations, places of worship, businesses, or associations. At least one partner must be an incorporated entity that is able to serve as a sponsor.

Describe your proposed project. What are the activities you would like to do? Who will be involved in them? Where will they occur?

Activities can include any mix of physical projects, community programs, or community events.

If you are proposing a physical project, please describe the maintenance needs and how your group plans to address them.

If you are proposing a physical project, please describe any work that has been done to secure permission from the property owner (if on private property) or the City of Indianapolis (if on public property).

Explain your project timeline with key milestones. Projects must be complete by June 15, 2023.
