Last month ROW’s Economics Committee launched their Development Accelerator program at the ROW Development Forum, with more than 80 professionals and community representatives attending. This event is brought to you together with Urban Land Institute, LISC, the Indy Chamber, Develop Indy, the City of Indianapolis and Flat 12.
The Development Accelerator created with ROW partners aims to help better link the real estate community to opportunities for revitalization and partnership along Indy’s targeted waterways. The program provided information and resources to advance economic growth in difficult and underutilized properties in each of ROW’s waterway areas. We thank Big Car’s Tube Factory for hosting the event, and our expert panelists from the City of Indianapolis’ Offices of Mayor Joe Hogsett and Develop Indy, and Strategic Capital Partners.
